Patient Testimonials
| "Good morning. I'll introduce myself by saying, I'm Joan McFadden and I've been a patient of Dr. Richardson for probably five or six years, and I love the guy. I give him a hug every time I see him. He has helped me so much with my eyesight, and he's given me confidence, and really the whole staff is very good. Anna and Jonathan is a dear. I met Dr. Kratz through bringing a friend here. She's a 96?year?old lady, and he's been so nice to her and just a dear. And also, I have to mention Dr. Pritchard, because I thought I wasn't going to be able to pass a drivers test, and I came back about three weeks after he saw me one time, and asked him to look in my eyes again to make sure they were all right. And he reassured me. So, I really enjoy and would highly recommend any of Dr. Richardson's San Gabriel Valley Eye Associates. They're all good people, and I can hug them all." - Joan McFadden |
