He is warm and caring and fun to be with, and takes you step by step through everything that you're going to do before the surgery. But above and beyond that, I have to compliment him for his choice of staff.

He has a beautiful, wonderful, warm and loving staff. They are together. They have made the first surgery I've ever had a very nice experience. They are friendly, they are efficient, they know what they are doing, and I congratulate Dr. Richardson for all of the members of his team.
